By downloading, installing, or using EatSense, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use EatSense. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining account security
Provide accurate information during registration
You may delete your account at any time in Settings
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. Service Description

EatSense provides:

AI-powered food photo analysis
Meal logging and nutrition tracking
Biomarker tracking
Medication reminders
AI nutrition assistant
Lifestyle Programs
Expert Marketplace

EATSENSE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

All information is for general educational purposes only. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

AI Accuracy

AI food analysis provides estimates only. Results may vary based on image quality and portion sizes. You can manually edit any analysis.

Biomarkers & Medications

These features are for personal tracking only, not medical interpretation. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions.

6. Lifestyle Programs

            Important: Lifestyle Programs are for INSPIRATION only. They are NOT actual celebrity
            diets, NOT endorsed by any public figures, and NOT personalized medical nutrition plans.

Free Trial

New users may receive a 7-day free trial. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation & Refunds

Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple/Google according to their policies.

8. Expert Marketplace

Experts are independent professionals, not EatSense employees. We verify credentials but do not guarantee service quality.

Platform commission: 15% of transactions.

9. Referral Program

Invite friends using your referral code. Both you and your friend receive 7 days of free PRO access. Abuse (fake accounts, spam) will result in account termination.

10. User Content

Permitted:

Food photos
Lab result photos/scans
Profile photos

Prohibited:

Images of other people (except yourself)
Explicit or violent content
Illegal content
Malware or harmful code

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY OF AI ANALYSIS OR UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed CHF 100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.

EU Consumer Rights: If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain all mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. You may bring legal proceedings in your local courts.

EU users may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via push notification, email, or in-app notice.
